Note: There is an alternate version of this which does not have Driving with Your Eyes Closed or Life in the Fast Lane. It is slightly better quality, however. Don says "accept no substitutes" after Life in the Fast Lane, which some believe was supposed to be a dig at Joe for doing the song at his solo shows. However, I prefer to think that Don would not begrudge Joe doing a song he co-wrote at his own shows, and that Don was referring to something else.
